JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your physical health and safety are our priority. In order to avoid physical burnout, we only provide part time hours of about 25-27 hours a week per cleaner. Leaving you with more time to spend with your family and friends or do other things that you love. Yes, that’s how flexible we are!
Available positions are mainly for a cleaning staff and team lead cleaning staff.
- Cleaning Staff rate is $18.00+/ hour
- Team Lead Cleaning Staff rate is $21.00+/hour (cleaning experience and equipment care required)
- Travel time/rate to client’s residence is $15.00/hour + $0.50/km for mileage reimbursement
- Excluding weekends and Stat holidays, cleaning staff availability requirement is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to about 3:30p.m. with some days being shorter than others
- Cleaning projects will include residential regular (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one-time) cleaning services, move in/out and small/medium size post-construction cleaning services.
- Cleaning appointments in teams of 2 staff includes cleaning 2-3 homes a day, around 24-30 hours a week of driving time and cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Clean background criminal check
- Cleaning experience is an asset for team lead position
- Cleaning experience not required for cleaning staff position.
- A personal reliable vehicle with driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to follow instructions and being proactive
- Reliable smart phone with data
