Return and Refund Policy – Custom Print Products
Custom Items Are Final Sale
Because each custom product is made uniquely for you (with your photos, text, or design), most custom print items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a mistake on our end or a defect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will confirm the problem and replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or color choices
- Low-quality images provided by the customer
- Custom text or designs you no longer want
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
